Can our builds be ADU compliant?
Yes! Note in the comment section of your build form that you’re looking for an ADU and we’ll make it happen!
*Please note that it depends on your location, property, etc. We suggest contacting your local planning dept to make sure your area and property allow for movable tiny homes.
Do we transport or do shipping?
Yes! These are transported anywhere in the United States, through a third party company for a $500 minimum/ approx. $3.50-$5 per mile.
Do we offer financing?
We allow financing through third party companies. Please check out our Financing page for the links to apply!
Are our tiny homes certified?
Yes, we are RVIA certified and other certifications can be obtained!
Do we build on permanent foundations?
We do not. We are a certified RV Manufacturer and sell only THOWs (Tiny Homes on Wheels)

Do our units come with holding tanks?
They do not. You will need to be prepared to hook up to a septic tank or an exterior holding tank. Our units come straight plumbed.
What insulation do we use?
We use 2” Rigid Foam Board Insulation with Mylar Heat Shield on the walls, and 3” on the ceiling and subfloor.
Are your tiny homes framed with wood or metal studs?
We use 2 x 4 kiln dried dug fir #2 or better, and 2 x 6 kiln dried on the ceiling & “True” subfloor.
Do your tiny homes have a snow load rating?
Our tiny homes are engineered to have 55lb snow load rating, we can accommodate other snow loads per request.
