• We use Fiber Cement Board siding, which is not only easy to maintain but is also a non-combustible material with a Class A fire rating. The smooth texture creates a cleaner, modern aesthetic look and the factory pre-primed finish lasts considerably longer than traditional exterior wall cladding or vinyl siding. Our FCB siding is termite, rot, and weather resistant.

Metal Roof

• In addition, we use a 24 gauge standing seam metal roof, unlike many competitors who use 26 gauge. The painted steel is Class A fire rated and impact (hail) 4 rated. The "cool" color pigments are specially designed to reflect infrared light, reducing heat gain to the dwelling and conforming with Energy Star criteria. The superior quality, two-coat, 70% resin finish is engineered to withstand environmental conditions in different ways including fire protection, wind performance, hail damage, thermal expansion, and weather tightness. Metal is one of the most durable roof options available, lasting from 30 to 50 years and beyond.

Ice /Water Shield

• We use ice and water shield to protect your roof from ice and water damage. This waterproof membrane is designed to protect your roof decking if water gets underneath your roofing material, helping to prevent damage and prolonging the life of your roof.

Premium Exterior Caulking

• Additionally, our premium exterior caulking is 100% waterproof and low odor. The cured sealant is mold and mildew-resistant, providing a durable and long-lasting solution.

Exterior Front Door

• The surface protection on the exterior front door protects against moisture and humidity infiltration by creating a fully composite barrier that encases and protects the door on all six sides. The high-density, polyurethane foam core enhances the door's soundproofing capabilities and provides insulation up to six times greater than wood doors. Fiberglass doors are a long-lasting alternative to steel doors and will never dent, rust or delaminate.

• Our modern front door hardware is not only sleek and stylish but also features SmartKey security, which protects against advanced break-in techniques and allows you to re-key your lock yourself in seconds. The Microban protection keeps door hardware 99.9% cleaner than unprotected surfaces, and the low profile contemporary design is 50% lower profile than standard deadbolts.

Window Flashing

•We also use FortiFlash, which is engineered to deliver lasting protection against water intrusion in the most demanding environmental conditions. It is the premium self-adhesive waterproof flashing membrane for windows.

•Did you know that legally the windows of a tiny house on wheels have to be Tempered? Our tempered windows are designed for safety and are approximately 4x stronger than annealed/ordinary glass. They are also heat-resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 470 degrees Fahrenheit and scratch-resistant.

• RVIA inspectors inspect our facility every quarterly and check that we are following NFPA code 1192 for Plumbing, Safety, and Electrical. They check to see if all our instruments and code books are up to date.

• We at Forever Tiny Homes sell our tiny homes through a licensed dealership, making it an easy process for the consumer, doing all the DMV paperwork and registration in house. All you have to do is wait for the License plate to come in the mail.
